Team assistance / support Delivery Experience Management (f/m/d)

Job description

We are looking for a team assistance / support for the Delivery Experience Management Team (DE) (f/m/d), to supply our customers across Europe in accordance with our high-quality standards and lead times as well as further development of our service. The Delivery Experience/Last Mile Team is an integral part of zooplus’ operations. This role supports the Delivery Experience Manager in acting as advocate for our customers and the local market and the EU-wide Operations Team in the management of last mile delivery. Together we are setting the customer expectations and the benchmark per market, evaluating market developments and services and coordinating projects aiming on a amazing customer delivery experience. All in accordance to our business principles: Put the customer in the center of everything we do. This role is a direct report to the team lead of Delivery Experience, but at the same time aligns closely with the sales team to advance customer experience in local markets.

  • Participate in delivery experience projects and be responsible for single project tasks
  • Administer project documentation and project plans
  • Prepare presentation and result communication
  • Participate in meetings with our last mile carrier and prepare the meeting documentation
  • Analyze performance of last mile carrier and coordinate relevant actions
  • Support initiatives for boosting customer experience on country level
  • Prepare market overviews, competitor benchmarks and trend analysis
  • Be the backbone of the delivery experience management team and support the team lead with coordination and administration


  • First experience in logistics or eCommerce
  • Graduate degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects tasks
  • Work accurately and organized
  • High analytical competence and advanced IT skills including MS Excel
  • Problem-solving, self-driven and result-oriented way of working
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and in English
  • Willingness to travel
